Clothes: Mapping Notions

We have evolved from the ages of caveman to the period of Spiderman and Superman. What makes us distinguish among these three entirely different entities? Their attires, accoutrements, or the way we have always seen them dressed up can be the answers to this question with an acceptable degree of correctness. To me there is something else to it than what these answers may convey. It is their identity which is embedded deep in our sub-conscious mind and a sense of identification on our part which plays the major role. Spiderman conjures up a picture of the red crisscross mask, superman brings to our mind that typically designed ‘S’ on his chest and we associate caveman with their leaf skirts or horims.

We normally relate people from their clothes is true to a certain level. We have this tendency of making up notions and images and the way we dress up or our clothing sense has a considerable impact on the former. Up to an extent clothes have found their association with a person’s identity.

Casuals, formals, men’s wear, women’s wear, children’s wear, dresses apropos to certain ceremonies and a lot more have established themselves as the basic requirements of day to day life. Now, finding all under one roof could be a task in your hands. For the same reason looking forward to cashback portals can be a fair idea, provided you are not apprehensive about online shopping. They are rising the popularity charts faster and steeper by virtue of their expertise in bringing almost all the high street retailers on their board and it is up to the consumer to compare, buy and earn cashback.

“Keeping your clothes well pressed will keep you from looking hard pressed.” I would not know your response to this statement but would love to share your views on the same.
